What? This looks like a postcard....not the winning license plate design for Kansas Personalized plates starting in 2010.Topekan Rick Moon created the winning design. The new plate, which received more than 83,000 votes in the public voting contest, is scheduled for production in 2010. Over 200,000 votes were cast for the five design finalists.
The one that I picked finished forth, I believe. Well, maybe next time. I like it, but it looks more like a postcard.
